CONTRACT DURATION: 12 months, with rolls and extensions

PORT OF DESTINATION: At designation by the buyer except China*
PACKING: Bulk shipment
INSPECTION: SGS / CCIC
LOADING COSTS: All loading costs at the port to be borne by the seller
DISCHARGE COSTS: All discharge costs at the port to be borne by the buyer.
PAYMENT TERMS: The buyer's Bank opens MT799 POF to seller's bank within 5 days of the signing of the contract. Payment for each shipment shall be made at the load, against presentation of the Bill of Lading, certification of SGS / CCIC and other documentation, inherent to the shipment. It can also be through the issuance of a BG for the amount of a shipment, and payment to the load by TT
