TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Origin: All products are of Russian Federation
Stamps and Signatures: Stamps and Signatures are obligatory for every issued Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order and Letter Of Intent.
Inspection: SGS, CCIC, CIQ or Similar at the expense of the seller.
Payment:
1. Terms can be a Non Transferable, Non Divisible Documentary Letter of Credit
2. Or a Bank Guarantee(BG) against Telegraphic Wire Transfer SWIFT payment against Shipment Documents.
3. Or an irrevocable, confirmed, SWIFT wire transfer via MT 103 against Shipment Documents.
Performance Bond: 2 % to be issued by Seller’s Bank.
Proof of Product: To be issued by the Seller via Bank to Bank to the Buyer directly upon confirmation of the buyer’s financial capabilities.
NOTICE

2. No photos, because the stock is always changing. Only illustrative photos, not contractual
